August First Bakery

This video was for a Multimedia Storytelling class, in which we worked on videos, audio pieces, written articles, and photography. I had to do a profile on someone or something. The video had to include a couple of interviews and b-roll. My friend was working at a bakery at the time, and I am completely obsessed with Eater’s “Mise en Place” series. Combining my access to a food establishment and my infatuation with Eater’s YouTube, this video was born.
